$5.00 flat rate shipping on all orders

I ship through USPS in Bubble mailers 

-Most items in my shop are already pre-made so I will get Items shipped out within 24 hours of Order (that does not include weekends and holidays).

-The postal delays, failures, thefts, losses, or customs problems are uncontrollable by the seller, they are not the responsibility of the seller, thanks for your understanding.

- If something is damaged during transit, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery and include a photo of the problem item. Or if there has been a mistake on my part, please contact me as well, I will be more than happy to issue a resend, or refund.

Shipping delays and extended delivery times can happen! If I could have control over what happens to your package after I drop it off at the post office that would be awesome, but I do not. When packages go missing or are damaged I am as upset as you are! but we are in this together. Once a shipping label has been generated and the associated package has arrived and been scanned at a USPS facility, the shipping and handling process is beyond my control. Here are the steps to monitor the status of your package:

-Make sure before you purchase that your address information is correct.

-You will receive an email once your order has shipped and make sure to take note of the tracking info.

-If the package looks like it is stuck for more than 2 weeks after it is marked “in transit” the next step is to fill out a Where is my package through the USPS. Feel free to contact me and I can help you if you have any questions at the email address orders@sweetellabella.com. Once the package has been marked delivered it is now in the hands of your local post office. If it shows a delivered status and is not at your home contact your local post office to see where it might be. The post office should have a GPS on where your package has been scanned delivered and sometimes it gets delivered 24 to 48 hours later.

-If your package shows up damaged please get pictures of the damage, both packaging and your item. I can’t submit an insurance claim without proof that the item is damaged. Email the pictures to Orders@sweetellabella.com. within 2 business days of receiving the package.

-After all the years I have been running this business 99.9% of packages arrive safe and sound. If you have any issues I will be happy to help and I resolve the issue on a case by case basis on what to do next. All the steps above must be completed before a refund or a remake, unfortunately it is due to scammers that try to get free products that I need to follow a certain protocol.
